Game Idea/Synopsis
My first game idea is about technology turning its back on society, rebelling against the human population. The game is set in a distant future, where an evil robotic corporation rules over everyone and everything. An employee cant stand what has happened to a once great company and chooses not to accept the ways of the New World Order, and can do so as he knows the characteristics of the robots as he played a key role in the creation of them. You are professor Steven Hurt one of the greatest mind in artificial intelligence. His finest achievement, a self aware computer designated as Jason takes over Waller Corp systems, Taking its morals and beliefs from its maker the A.I wishes to fix the mistakes of the corporation by killing all humans so that it can eliminate all greed. So know you have to run from your masterpiece The main game-play is focused on you having to escape the Jason's robots trying to take you down. To do this you manoeuvre your way through Waller Corp head quarters witch is like a labyrinth, The building has many challenges and tasks for you to undertake and there will be many problems and many other difficult situations. There are other environment such the surrounding slums that have been destroyed by Jason's robotic army. You have seen how far you can run, beat your score and the score of your friend.
My Character
The main character is a scientist called professor Steven Hurt, originally one of the first scientists to create the robot, because of this, you have a vast knowledge of how the enemies work and tend to think which gives you an advantage of escaping them, your character has a distinct look compared to the the rest of the characters in the game, the game being in black and white, your character has bright colored goggles.
Obstacles
As a character your required to escape the challenge at hand, this is simply escaping the enemies by mainly running away. the obstacles in the game range from the enemies who are constantly following you, trying to take you down, to other everyday objects such as walls, windows, doors and buildings. As the level progresses, you as a character will interact with objects such as doors which you will have to open and items such as chimneys and bridges that you will be able to hide in, as a way to escape the threat.
